The peptide IPH–AGAA regulates metabolism in muscle tissue cells, leading to enhanced proliferation of the explants in the tissue culture.

The muscle peptide increases the rate of protein synthesis in muscle tissue cells, thus speeding up the process of cell renewal.

In the cells of a young organism the rate of protein synthesis increases by more than 50%.

When cell resources are depleted (due to aging of the organism, long-lasting, intense physical exertions, etc.), the intensity of protein synthesis in muscle cells increases more than twice.

Not only scientific and laboratory tests, but also clinical tests of short-peptide bioregulators were carried out.

Athletes assigned to the control group exercised according to a general training program; athletes in the principal group were subject to general training and took the peptide IPH-AGAA.

The athletes taking this peptide showed improved scores in the dynamic measurement of speed and strength parameters, in the step test and long jump, and their suppleness increased.

The group of athletes subject to the peptide IPH-AGAA displayed lower levels of fatigue during the workout period, faster regeneration of the muscles after exertion and faster priming of muscles and ligaments prior to intensive training without damage to the muscle tissue.

Underlying these effects is the ability of the peptide IPH-AGAA to regulate gene expression and protein synthesis in the muscle cells or myocytes.
